John Rose, Managing Director
Bringing a wealth of experience, John Rose alongside R2L Creative Director Gregory Low founded R2L in 2006.
Previously, John worked with World Vision for close to three decades. A highlight of his career with World Vision Australia as Marketing and Communications Director was broadening the World Vision name to its status as one of the most recognised NFPs in Australia.
John subsequently took up an appointment as President Communications and Public Affairs for World Vision International. This portfolio covered the areas of marketing and fundraising, communications and media relations, brand management as well as policy and advocacy. Bringing his expertise to NFPs and commercial business through R2L, John can share his vision widely, helping people to exceed their expectations by building relationships and businesses to last.

Gregory Low, Creative Director
A formidable partnership, Gregory Low compliments John Rose’s expertise with his breadth of knowledge and experience in the field of digital technology.
Greg Low ensures he stays at the forefront of the technological revolution. His numerous assignments for national and international clients in film and television production plus emerging technologies are widely recognised on the world platform.
As Chairman of an international advertising agency between 1990 and 2001, Greg is well seasoned and respected for his ability to problem solve and to accomplish difficult assignments.
His expertise in mentoring CEOs and leadership teams is highly respected, however his focus is never far from the lens as he keeps up his love of production and media.
Sharing his experience within organisations, Greg loves to push the boundaries and assist people to see what they thought was impossible, and help them with effective strategies to achieve their goals.

Eric Van Cuylenburg, Relationship Manager
Eric came to the NGO sector after a career in advertising, both creative and management. He has held senior strategic positions within the Marketing and Fundraising departments of major ‘not for profits’ for over 20 years, including PLAN, World Vision (11 years) and most recently Head of Fundraising for Australian Red Cross.
Although highly experienced in all facets of fundraising and communications, Eric has a special interest in the strategic development of regular giving programs, large/major donor streams and in bequests.
What Eric says:
Great supporters will become great donors once they learn to trust and have a sense of being truly valued. It’s all about “relationships that last” and that’s why I’m so glad to be a part of the exciting team at R2L.

David Furniss, Development Services Manager
David is an experienced major account manager with vast experience in building lasting relationships with sponsors and major partners. He has worked in the recruitment and training industries, and his experience in the not-for-profit sector includes World Vision Australia, Zoos Victoria, Fight Cancer Foundation and the Leukaemia Foundation.
His key areas of expertise include establishing mutually beneficial relationships and developing confident presentation skills, David also brings enthusiasm and morale to the R2L team.

Felicity Langton, Client Services Manager
On board with R2L since 2009, Felicity Langton spent ten years with World Vision as
Marketing Manager for Established Supporters. During this time Felicity developed strategies that increased appeal income and reduced the cancellation rate among donors.
A seasoned lecturer at Monash and Deakin Universities in the field of marketing, Felicity works with clients to identify key marketing/communications and fundraising needs.
Felicity believes in making things happen. By identifying opportunities, developing strategies and executing campaigns/initiatives, her clients reach new dimensions.
What Felicity says:

Nicole Conner, Client Services Manager
Nicole joined R2L in May 2011, after a 15 year stint as Associate Minister at CityLife Church. Here she engaged in youth and women's ministry, as well as church planting research and the establishment of a refugee ministry aimed at assisting refugees and asylum seekers with areas of practical help and tuition in English.
Nicole led several fund-raising projects for CityLife, including one called “Gift of Hope.” Funds were raised around Christmas time to ease some of the suffering of our local and global neighbour. In 2010, the project raised finances to purchase goats for impoverished farmers in India and swags for the homeless people in Victoria. Nicole also hosted an annual women’s conference called DARE. Over ten years, the conference grew to over 2,500 women and provided an environment for both encouragement and challenge.
Born in Germany, raised in Africa and fluent in German, Nicole is an inspiring and creative communicator.

Rachelle Rose, Project Coordinator
Rachelle completed two undergraduate degrees in business management and communications before gaining experience in the sports industry at Football Federation Victoria, Melbourne Victory and Geelong Football Club.
At Geelong, Rachelle worked in the Public Relations team, focusing primarily on community relations. After three years, Rachelle sought the opportunity to work more closely with not-for-profit organisations and felt R2L presented great opportunities to do this.
As project coordinator, Rachelle is the central link between our clients, associates and staff to ensure work is delivered at the highest standard.

Teisha Rose, Administration Coordinator
On completion of two undergraduate degrees in Business Management and Arts with a Psychology major, Teisha worked with Telstra in Training and Development. Her major tasks were to present, write and edit Telstra’s national training materials.
With a strong passion for social issues, Teisha returned to complete a Bachelor of Social Work and worked in rural Victoria in the areas of family therapy and emergency housing.

Steve Levitt, Media and Government Relations Consultant
